Trust

Trust is built on clear processes

We do not ask you to take our word for it. We show how the work is set up: who is accountable, how execution is monitored, and which documents confirm it.

Principles you can verify

Every facility receives an agreed security structure: guard posts, instructions, areas of responsibility, and procedures for non-standard situations. These materials are working documents, not a formality.
A specific manager on the KOS side is accountable for the facility. The client knows who to call, and the escalation procedure is agreed before launch — not after the first incident.
We publish only the facts and metrics we can document. If a section with figures is empty, it means we are not yet ready to be accountable for those figures publicly.

We publish only verified figures. The metrics section will appear after data verification.

  • License and legal transparency

We operate within the legal framework and provide documents on request.

  • Personnel selection and training

We vet, train, and brief staff for the tasks of each specific facility.

  • Facility-specific instructions

Every facility gets its own instructions: guard posts, routes, and procedures.

  • Named responsibility and escalation

A specific manager is accountable for the facility, and the escalation procedure is agreed in advance.

  • Internal audits

We regularly check the conduct of duty and adherence to the agreed processes.

  • Communication with the client

Clear communication: reporting, feedback, and agreed channels.

  • Only verified data

We publish only the metrics and facts that we can confirm.

Shall we discuss your facility?
